Data treatment
Personal data that may be collected directly from the interested party will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by the Amicos Association.
The list of treatment activities carried out by the Amicos Association is reflected in the Register of Treatment Activities that is available to any interested party.
The personal data requested, if applicable, will consist only of those strictly essential to identify and respond to the request made by the owner thereof. Said information will be treated in a loyal, lawful and transparent manner in relation to the interested party. Personal data will be collected for certain explicit and legitimate purposes, and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with said purposes.

The security measures adopted by the Amicos Association are those required in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Amicos Association has implemented sufficient mechanisms to:
