Self-assessment guide for inclusive non-formal learning spaces, activities and resources
Asociación Babilon has been working since May 2022 on the IO4 of Inc-Leisure: Self-assessment guide for inclusive non-formal learning spaces, activities and resources.
In order to put together this guide, the following WORK PLAN helped us to create this guide together with the rest of the partners:
- First, we create a list of basic concepts and terms related to the topic of the project and define them together. We also shared the legal framework from each country participating in the partnership in terms of integration and attention to diversity in the educational field.
- We carried out a review of the theoretical and legal framework by all the partners, to make sure that we all started our joint work from the same base.
- We got down to work, looking for examples of good practices in schools and educational centers in our respective countries. We focus on examples of inclusion and attention to diversity in formal and non-formal education. In the school population (primary and secondary) and in young people with disabilities in professional or informal education.
- Finally, after a review of good practices, we created a list of items/conditions that ensure that formal and non-formal spaces in education.
This list of items/conditions/good practices, together with the guide that includes the theoretical and legal framework, and the good practices collected, will help educational centers that are interested in our project to implement innovative measures and practices in the field of inclusion and creative use of non-formal educational spaces in schools when it comes to educating, integrating and creating meeting spaces between students.
